Player Info

Goals

Ben Alexander

Age 23 - Ben has re-signed this summer after taking a year out of football trying to get fit. Ben used to play for the stones in but a terrible injury ruined his chances of cementing himself as a first team player. Ben then left the club only to rejoin half way through the 2005/06 season. He then struggled for fitness and again left the club. A very talented player with very quick feet, and with strike partners of Papali and Dean then this could be Ben's season to bag lots of goals.

  5

Peter Dean

Age 21 - Dean signed this summer from Northwood. Dean has been top scorer for Northwood in the previous two seasons even though they have struggled in the league. With is eye for goal, Dean will be a real handle for defenders. And if he can link up well with Papali then we could have a lethal strike force on our hands

18

Stephen Hughes

Aged 23 - Joined Wealdstone from Maidenhead United in August 2007. He started his career at Brentford, where he made a handful of appearances for the first team, an has also played for Basingstoke Town, Welling United, Farnborough Town, Cambridge City & Braintree. Made his Stones debut in the first game of the season away at Folkestone

14

Dean Papali

Age 21 - Dean is a striker who has the uncanny ability of knowing where he is in relation to the opposition's goal and has been successful as top scorer at Brook House FC. Last season (06/07) Papali's 30 goals (in all competitions) were instrumental in ensuring that Wealdstone successfully avoided relegation.

  6

Seye Adegoke

Age 19 - Seye is a product of the Wealdstone Youth Scholarship scheme, last season he made the step up into the Reserves as he continues his development as a player, though he was still eligible for the U19's. He also made his first team debut on 1st March at Yeading in the Middlesex Charity Cup. At the end of season awards Seye won the Reserve team players player and after his success in the reserves he looks to show his ability in the first team.

Wayne Reid

Daniel Campbell

Youngster Dan has made a promising start to his Stones career with some eye catching performances in the Scholarship and Reserves and has rightly been called into the first team squad just before Christmas 07 as reward and as part of his continued development
